Exciting is the word best describing how it feels to live in Oak Cliff now. Old neighborhoods are being revitalized, evidence of exciting new development is dotting the landscape, and businesses are moving into Bishop Arts and the Tyler St. area every week.

The only true urban pioneers in Dallas came here for the opportunity to own an affordable and historic piece of Dallas. They set down roots and forged a path we can be thankful for today.

Oak Cliff today is a thriving community with much to brag about. The OOCCL fall home tour is how we brag. If visitors to the tour want to see a home almost 100 years old, we’ve got it! Want to see a new home-got it!! Mid century modern has become a very important part of the Oak Cliff landscape, and we have two excellent examples, each completely unique. Condo’s and town homes make an entrance this year, and what an entrance!!

As Oak Cliff grows and changes, so does the home tour. We are very proud of our lineage and always want to show our historic side, but we have some incredible new homes to show off this year also.

The home tour this year was as diverse as Oak Cliff, and the League invites you to join us for yet another look into the windows of our friends and neighbors incredible homes.

The League now has twenty six member neighborhoods and is reaching out every year to others. To date the tour has raised over $100,000.00 for projects which has gone directly back to neighborhoods in the form of grants.
